These titles were written for this site. You cannot look them up, because they are not released songs. They show the shape of a job: a vocal role, a bed, a key, and a short lyric line.
Paper Lanterns × Night Market
Vocal in F minor near 100 BPM. Instrumental a few BPM faster, dry drums, same key. The lyric line is "We kept the lanterns." Stretch the vocal slightly. Leave the drums. If the keys had not matched, this would be a bad example and we would say so.
Glass Harbor × Red Kiln
A close harmony vocal and a half-time drum bed in A minor. Half-time matters: do not stretch a fast vocal down to the slow number if two beats already fit one. The vocal holds one line long enough to land.
Soft Alarm × Warehouse Hymn
A spoken verse over a steady kick. The grid starts when the groove starts, not during the spoken intro. This is the case where a DAW is better if you need to cut the intro by hand. Mashvio assumes a steady pulse in the section you care about.
