Mashvio has no streaming catalog. Send copyright notices to dmca@mashvio.com. This page lists what a notice and a counter-notice need.
What we host
Users upload files they say they own, or they generate songs in the app. We do not offer a library of commercial masters. A mashup of a ripped stream is against the terms even if the file plays.
Notice
Email dmca@mashvio.com with: your signature (typed is enough to start), the work you own, the URL of the job, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or the agent. We can remove the job while we read it. Repeat problems can close the account.
Counter-notice
If you believe a removal was wrong, email the same address with your signature, the URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, your name and address, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or the court where we publish a legal entity, once that address exists). We do not adjudicate ownership in the email thread.
Generator output
Mureka's FAQ, read 4 November 2026, says paid API output includes commercial authorization and points to their terms. That statement is theirs. It does not cover a file you uploaded.
