Upload ownership
The exact confirmation Mashvio asks before an upload: you own the recording or you are licensed for a public mashup, and it is not a ripped stream.
The sentence on the form
I own this recording, or I have a license that covers a public mashup. I am not uploading a ripped stream.
What that excludes
A Spotify or Apple Music playback, a YouTube rip, a file a friend sent of a song neither of you owns, and a store download whose license is listening only. Those do not become yours because you checked a box. The box is your statement. If it is false, the terms let us remove the job.
Generated songs
A different line covers prompts: you wrote the prompt or the lyrics, and you know the song is made with AI. Rights in that output follow the generator's terms. See the copyright page.
Where it is stored
The confirmation is stored on the job with the file. It is not shown as a public certificate. It is the record we look at if a notice arrives.
