Terms of use
The rules for accounts, credits, subscriptions, uploads, and refunds on Mashvio. A failed mashup returns its credits. A finished one does not.
The service
Mashvio sells credits that you spend on mashup jobs. One job costs 10 credits and includes stem roles, alignment, and a mix. The site does not provide a catalog of third-party recordings.
Plans
Starter is $14 a month or $72 a year (20 credits every month, on monthly or yearly billing). Creator is $24 a month or $84 a year (50 credits every month, on either billing). There is no free tier. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel stops the next renewal. Credits already granted remain until the period ends.
Top-ups and rollover
Top-ups are 20 credits for $15, 40 for $25, and 100 for $58. They require an active plan, do not expire, and are spent after plan credits. Unused plan credits roll once, up to one month of that plan, when a new plan period is granted.
Refunds
A failed job returns the credits it took. A finished mashup is the digital content you asked us to start immediately, and it is not refunded. The waiver above the pay button says this again. Card refunds, if any, follow the payment provider after credits are handled as above.
Acceptable use
Do not upload a recording you do not own or you are not licensed to mash and publish. Do not try to fetch a streaming catalog. Do not present a generated vocal as a named living singer. We can remove a job and close an account that repeats this.
